The plain version, written to be read rather than to be survived.
Prices and availability
Every price and availability figure on this site carries the time it was last checked, and we show that time beside it. Either can change between that check and your order, and where it does we tell you before taking payment wherever we possibly can.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when it is placed. If we cannot supply an item after payment we will contact you with the options and record what you choose.
Payment
Payment by card or transfer through Paystack is confirmed by our payment provider. A direct bank transfer is confirmed by a member of our staff checking the proof you upload, in the order proofs arrive.
Installation
Where we install, the work is quoted separately after a survey. An indicative system size given by the sizing helper on this site is arithmetic on the figures you typed and is not a quotation.
Liability
We stand behind what we sell and what we fit. We are not liable for loss caused by a third party installation, a supply fault, or use of a product outside its stated rating.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
