What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you place an order, book a survey or request a quote. If you create an account we hold your password as a one way hash, which means nobody here can read it.

Why we hold it

To fulfil your order, to contact you about it, and to keep the record a business is required to keep. Nothing more.

Payment details

Card details are handled entirely by Paystack and never reach this site or our staff. Bank transfer proof is stored against your order so our counter staff can verify it, and it is not used for anything else.

Who we share it with

Our payment provider, our courier when we are delivering to you, and nobody else. We do not sell contact details and we do not pass them to advertisers.

Your choices

Ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or to delete your account, and we will do it. Records attached to a completed sale are kept for as long as the law requires.
