Delivery and collection
How your order reaches you, what it costs, and what happens when the branch cannot fill it after all.
Collection
Collection is free from either counter. Bring the order number and the name on the order. We hold a collection order for seven days, and we will call before the items go back on the shelf.
Delivery inside Benin City
We deliver across Benin City for a flat fee that is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders confirmed before midday usually go out the same working day, and everything else goes the following morning.
Delivery outside Benin City
We send to the rest of Edo State and beyond through a courier. The fee depends on weight and destination, so we confirm it with you before the order is dispatched rather than guessing at checkout.
Large and fragile items
Chandeliers over 900mm, solar panels and batteries are packed and moved by us rather than by a courier. We will agree a delivery window by phone.
If we cannot fill the order
Every availability figure on this site carries the time it was last checked. Very occasionally the shelf and that figure disagree. If that happens after you have paid, a member of staff contacts you the same day with the options: the same item from the other branch, a substitute we can show you, a part shipment, or a full refund of the difference. Whatever you choose is recorded against the order.
