Change of mind

Bring it back within seven days, unused and in its packaging, with the order number, and we will exchange it or refund it. Cut lengths of cable and tape light cannot be returned once cut, because they cannot be sold again.

Faulty on arrival

If a fitting is dead out of the box, bring it back within thirty days and we will replace it. There is no charge and no argument, and we would rather hear about it than not.

Manufacturer warranty

LED fittings carry a two year manufacturer warranty. Inverters carry two years, lithium batteries five years, tubular batteries eighteen months, and solar panels carry the manufacturer's twenty five year output warranty. Warranty covers the product, not the labour to remove and refit it, unless we did the original installation.

What is not covered

Damage from a supply fault, water ingress on a fitting rated for indoor use, incorrect installation, or a battery discharged flat and left. We will always look at it and tell you honestly which side of that line it falls.

Bringing something back

Return to the branch that supplied it, so the stock lands back where it came from. If that is difficult, call the counter and we will arrange it.
