Read all the answers- Why does every price show a time next to it?
- So you can judge how current it is. A figure checked four minutes ago and a figure checked four hours ago are different things and should not look the same, so we print the time on both rather than letting either pretend to be up to the minute.
- Can I mix stock from both branches in one cart?
- No, and the cart will tell you rather than quietly dropping something. Each branch holds its own stock at its own price, so an order belongs to one branch. If you add something the other branch holds, we ask you which branch you want to buy from and move the cart cleanly.
- What happens if you sell the last one twice?
- Availability is confirmed again when you add to the cart, again at checkout, and again as the order is created, so two people cannot both take the final unit. If it still goes wrong after payment, which is rare, a member of staff contacts you the same day with the alternatives and the outcome is recorded against your order.
- How do I pay by bank transfer?
- Choose bank transfer at checkout and the account details appear with your order number. Transfer the total, then upload your proof on the order page. Our counter staff check proofs oldest first and your order moves to paid as soon as it is confirmed, usually within a working day.
